Kölsch Attempt #2

I brewed my second Kölsch in June with great success. Turned out absolutely beautiful. A nice pale golden color, reminiscent of a paler version of an amber. Admittedly, it's a touch darker than attempt #1 last year… maybe more carmelization in kettle? The nose is nice a beery with light malt notes and gorgeous hints of hops. The taste is fairly good balance of maltiness and bitterness, although there is just a hint of sulfur.
